  • I just tried this place for the first time. I love the variety of bagel sandwiches and spreads! The bagels were pretty damn good! Could have been a little bit softer but I enjoyed it very much! My only complaint is the girl behind the counter that helped me didn't speak English very well and speaks softly on top of it so I wasn't sure what she was saying to me half the time. Also, in the middle of my order..she never asked if I needed anything else, she switched to a new customer and then got annoyed when I asked for something else..to which I said, 'I think you were helping me first, no?' and she seemed annoyed and answered 'Yeah but you didn't say you needed something else' (she didn't give me a chance she just started getting my bagel and never came back to ask if I needed anything else, I was waiting) .... so I would say to Einstein Bros...UP the anty with your customer service. Otherwise a great place.
