My experience with Always Professional was mixed. The office staff was very accommodating and informative when setting up my initial moving appointment. The men arrived on time and began working immediately. Then it went downhill. The moving crew ended up not being able to fit all of our belongings on the truck. This would have been fine if we were moving down the street but we were moving from Mesa to Peoria. Not exactly close. They did not offer to bring in another truck and ultimately that tacked an extra 4 HOURS and 400.00 onto our move, bringing the total to 12 hours. Then at the end of the move the movers realized they forgot our bed bolts at the old house, we went back to the house and the bolts weren't there either. When I called the company to find out what the heck happened to the bolts for our bed I was basically blown off. My bed is still in pieces and we've been sleeping on a mattress on the floor for 3 days. They lost pieces of my furniture so I expected them to take it a little more seriously. Also our washer and dryer were placed incorrectly so we now how to go to home depot and buy a dolly to switch them around. My advice before using this company is to explain to them in GREAT DETAIL how much you have because they don't ask many questions beforehand (I'm sure there's a reason for that), or you might get stuck making multiple trips like we did. My problem with the company was their total lack of customer service during and after my move. Completely unprofessional despite their name. The only good thing I have to say is the movers were on time and worked hard the entire 12 hours. I expected to have a few hiccups, no move is perfect, but I was extremely disappointed with having to pay 400.00 more than planned because of it. Also not too happy that I have to buy additional tools and parts to fix the damage that was done.
