  • John came on very little notice to help me with an A/C problem after two a/c guys had tried. He sanitized the drain pipes and cleaned the indoor coil which FINALLY eliminated the musky moldy odor I have been smelling for a couple weeks now. The other guys tried, but didn't dig deep enough. I read these reviews and knew John was the man for this! After two nights in a motel...I am finally back home, in crisp clean safe air again!! YAY!!! Thanks so much John! Because life is full of little knocks...we will most definitely be calling you again! Very communicative, very affordable, and knows his stuff! Call John to get it done right the first time!
