This place absolutely insist on you giving them not only your social security number for you and your kids but all kinds off other really personal info that they have no need for. Then they try to get you to sign a release of the info to their "Business Partners". In the age of medical ID theft and fraud I think not. The office looks half way decent but I told them I would find another dentist after reviewing the new patient forms for me and my son. I even explained to the office manager that our insurance and all other insurance companies give people a separate ID number to use with the policy info so you don't have to use your social. This bitch wouldn't have it though, she stood her ground and insisted it is their policy. Fine by me there are hundreds of other reputable family dentist in Vegas that are much more reasonable.
