  • Great place to live in Scottsdale. The office staff can be a bit flaky at times, and they've had a bunch of turnover, including changing managers twice in the last year, but maintenance is the best I've ever had, and even with all the turnover, I've consistently gotten everything I've needed from them. The apartments are also great. Very well insulated, with double pane windows. Also, fairly quiet. The one downside for me was that one of my neighbors smoked, and if I had my windows open, the smoke would get inside and stink up my apartment for a few hours. (Also, they advertise that they have a sauna, but it's been broken for ages, and they're never actually going to fix it)
