Almost everything we ordered was delicious, and we ordered around 15 tapas. This place is a gem, especially for overpriced food served at big hotels in Las Vegas. I hope Firefly on Paradise will stay true to their quality and continue serving delicious food. Next time we are in LV we will definitely come back with our friends.
The only negative is Citrus Bliss drink ($10) -- they have to improve their cocktails if they expect people to order more of them. This one had very artificial taste, as if they added dry 20 cents mix to it so we just put it aside. In house made white wine sangria was fresh and tasty, but I would prefer it with less ice in a pitcher.
The amazing thing about ordering tapas is that you don't have to commit to a huge meal which can be hit or miss. Instead, you order a lot of different tapas for the table and have fun sampling differed food. Highly recommended!
