Dr. Hanna has terrible bedside manner. My husband went to Dr. Hanna for surgery on his hand after a car accident. The initial appointments went well but for some reason his last two did not. When asked for more information on what was done or more explanation on the current status it was as if we were questioning his ability. Not really sure why it was such a problem. I was shocked at the way the doctor was responding to my husband. Simple questions such as "How are the pins put in, are they in the bone?" Were quickly answered with "what do you mean? That's what we did right? When we did the surgery." Really?? That is the way we explain things to patients? Worst of all, after the first pin was pulled out and the wound was roughly wiped it caused my husband a great deal of pain. He winced, moved his hand away. The doctor, in a frustrated manner put his fists down on the table and tells my husband "did you want to take them out yourself?". Wow!!! There was a lot more, but I'm sure you get the idea.
