  • I was referred to Dr.Bronstein by a doctor friend... the wait time was fine. never waited more then 15 minutes even when I was early. I found Dr.Bronstein very friendly. caring and very knowledgeable. I still need to do an MRI on my hand, so we can see whats going on.. the only issue I have and ruined my whole experience was an a young girl that works there. she never returned my calls. did not send in my MRI request until 8 days after she said she would, then lied to me about it and I let her know that I knew she was lying , then didn't even do that right.... she did not send xrays or state xray findings... hence. my MRI was denied... now we are almost 3 weeks into this and I called the office to speak to her, and of course she had just stepped out of the office....to tell her about the problem and told the lady who answered to personally tell her to call me...of course she has yet to call. at this point I feel that she will interfere with my treatment so... I am going to go to another doctor...But... if you can avoid this person (her name starts with a G) by all means see Dr.Bronstein.....
