  • After I moved away from Pittsburgh I never realized how much I under-appreciated the concept of Hello Bistro. Prices are beyond reasonable for all you can eat toppings that are consistently fresh... Those who are in Pittsburgh, you don't realize how lucky you are!! I'm surrounded by salad chains that are more expensive AND limit you to four toppings (I'm talking about you Sweet Greens and Chop't)! After I eat at these places I get sad and wish I could be back in Pittsburgh get Hello Bistro.
