  • Avoid Small Bar, at the NC Music Factory. Thought we would support the "Small Bar" among all the larger surrounding bars but apparently the owner/bartender will give you attitude when you kindly ask him for water. Verbatim: "Your killing me with all these waters!". Sorry that I asked the owner/bartender for water while enjoying drinks with 7 other friends but I feel that requesting two waters isn't too time "consuming" when you have 7 other friends buying drinks from you. Just have to be honest with my experience at this bar.
