  • It is just the little things that separate the elite hotels from the others. Was in Phoenix for some training and stayed at this hotel. Booked everything online and it was a smooth transaction. Checking in was just as smooth. The lobby was clean and clear and the room was nice and well organized. They have a bar in the lobby with lots of comfortable lounge furniture. Would definitely consider staying here again. Pros -In room refrigerator, microwave -work space with a desk -Clean nice sized room with love seat -Nice lounge furniture in the lobby Cons -loud in room ac unit -only water cooler is in the fitness room -expensive bar!
