  • The two stars or for the maintenance crew and the office staff. These two stars are not for the current office manager...everything we asked for, they provided. I believe the office manager's name is Kristen. She has absolutely NO people skills! Three years we've been at this complex and we had No problems. Ever since she "managed" Pillar San Tan, we've had soo much complaints against us! When it was time to renew our lease she says that they've decided not to let us renew our lease and our only option is to go month to month. We've been accused of excessive noise...mind you we live on the second floor and there's a third floor, as well, where all the noise is coming from. We've been accused of our dogs making noise even though there are dogs above us, to the right of us and on both sides on the first floor. I am so tired of this person! Why is she even a property manager! If you decide to live here, put your "fake" mask on when you talk to her because that's exactly what she is...FAKE!
