  • We drove 9hrs from CA to visit family in Gilbert AZ and were very exhausted upon arrival. We brought our 2 kids ages 1&3 and booked a 2 queen room. The room was more like a suite to me. There was a sectional sofa that made into a sofa bed, along with a room divider. The rooms were pretty spacious. The rooms were very clean and beds were very comfortable. Perfect for a family with small kiddos or even teens. Our mom and grandparents both had rooms and were very impressed as well. The hotel breakfast was very good and had many options. The hotel staff were all very courteous, welcoming, and loved to chat with us. Excellent customer service overall. You have wonderful employees representing your company. Thank you Hyatt and it's staff for making our visit a very positive and memorable one. I highly recommend this hotel. Give them a try, you won't be dissatisfied.
