I had gone to them one time in the past and had a good experience, however I recently bought a groupon to visit them again, when I called to set up the appointment I was rudely told that the groupon only applied to new patients and therefore mine wouldn't be honored. I checked the groupon fine print again and no where in it did it mention this. I have already contacted groupon to get a refund and will be taking my business to another chiropractor in the future.
