The service center was a thirty minute drive but the adjuster really seemed to want me to go through them and they have rentals on site so I went there. When I returned for my supposedly fixed car it had a huge dent which was not there before ( thank goodness they took pictures of the whole car beforehand because they did not believe me at first) so back in the rental car for another week. The dent was fixed so off I go, only to discover the back up camera system is not working. Once again I return to the service center but this time I am told there will be no rental car, I will need to take it to their repair vender directly. The repair place is not happy to see me and do not appear to know how to fix the problem. They tell me to drive it for awhile to let it reset which obviously does not work. I end up taking it to the dealership, where I wanted to take it in the first place, and two weeks later (again no rental this time) it is finally fixed. I am told the first shop just missed the problem. I know sometimes these things happen, but the supposed advantage to taking the car to them is they claim they thoroughly inspect the vehicle to make sure everything is fixed properly before they call you to come get it. In my case they failed to do that twice, which resulted in a great deal of time and inconvenience on my part to straighten it out.
