  • I could not have asked for a more spectacular shopping experience. My mom and I came in to look at engagement rings. After being hassled and feeling unsure about ring shopping at a few other jewelers, Jillian Latzman completely changed our minds. She sat with us and went through the details and more important aspects of the diamond buying process. She was very respectful and conscientious of our budget, and she did everything possible to get us the best quality diamond within that range. I learned so much from this visit and never felt pressured or pushed in any direction. Fantastic customer service, beautiful jewelry.
