  • Came here to get my passport corrected. Long story short, I visited this location to have my passport looked at as upon receiving my passport I noticed that the photo was awfully dark (was not this dark prior to submitting). So I took it upond myself to retake another photo to bring to them to have it resubmitted. The rep that I spoke to initially said it looked fine and it should be fine. I told him , my facial structure is not clearly visible and honestly I don't want any inconveniences when traveling abroad, entering other countries . I expressed my concerned and the rep said there is nothing he could do . I asked to speak to the manager and she pretty much said the same thing but this time telling me it would cost me to resubmit the passport again. I was not happy that she suggested that because I was not willing to fork out another $160 to correct something that I believed shouldn't have happened in the first place. So knowing that paying another $160 was not an option for me, she advised me to go to Scarborough to have them look it over since they have the original photo. Honestly, I was annoyed at this point that as a manager she had no power to do anything. I drove to Scarborough, the manger there looked at it and said it was indeed darken after they scanned it. Finally, someone who understands. I am happy to say that I will be getting my passport in a weeks time.
