  • Only good things come to mind when I think about my new home here. The staff is top-flight. Jenna; Gabby; Ciara; Jordan; Bacari; Ruben; GB; Jim; Jack and Harrison are the best in the west! They all deserve a 25% raise for putting up with the negative reviewers on the right. If you're lucky enough to get in here, you will be astounded at the layout and amenities. If you're anticipating or recovering from surgery, this place is designed for wheelchairs. Not to mention the two (2) lap pools, Jacuzzi, and fully-equipped gym for self-designed physical therapy. I'm sorry to read the negative reviews posted. All I've experienced are helpful neighbors, well-mannered pets, cleanliness and elevators. I've lived all over the world and in the valley since 2001. I've owned houses, condos, and have lived in various apartments around town. I'm retired now, and don't think I'll ever leave. Roaming security, security cameras, and the gated parking structure make me, my car and my 10 year-old boy feel ultra-safe. [Yes, my car has feelings, grammar fiends]. Traveling? Leave your car in the COOL parking structure and hop the Express to McCarran for peanuts. Location? Easy freeway access, shopping, bars, and grocery within walking distance. I could go on; however, I'm starting to bore myself. See you around the pools!
