  • My review is based on my entire experience, from beginning to end. I can honestly say this experience was good and both my 16 year old daughter and I had a nice time. I arrived in Vegas Monday the 22nd, I was not planning in attending Fright Dome but I saw it advertised on Monday. I knew of it but I wasn't really feeling it before but this time around, we were here and I thought it would be something different to do and I know my daughter was interested in going and even looked at YouTube videos. I saw the prices online but I also read there was discount coupons around town so I asked around and someone mentioned Denny's had them. As I was heading out to gamble Tuesday morning, a staff member at Circus Circus asked about my stay, did a quick survey and when that was over he asked if here was anything he can assist me with. Great, since you asked, where can I get Fright Dome tickets? He went up front and got me two 10 dollar coupons, yay! Anyhow, Wednesday rolls around(Fright Dome Day). I see a booth where there was a guy selling the tickets(young man around 1pm), he was not very friendly and his is why I took off one star. I asked information, how to access Fright Dome, etc. None of the questions I asked were answered, he was on his phone the whole time and only looked up when I paid. Oh well.. 7 pm comes around, we had to ask directions how to get there, I was looking out back but couldn't see signs, etc. My recommendation is that there needs to be more signs to direct people. Once we got there, we had to go through 3 levels of security(probably due to the recent shooting in Mandalay Bay), not a problem, I like safety. However, no sprays are allowed, I had to throw out a body spray and a pen so security is strict, I wish I had known, I wish the guy selling the tickets would have been more helpful. The event itself was fun, lots of clowns and scary people scaring you, jumping in front of you, etc. The mazes were amazing, I believe I hit all of them. We were there 5 hours and the best part was as we were leaving, the clowns were all dancing on stage and so were people from the crowd. We arrived at 7pm so none of the mazes had lines, it was towards the end of the night that the lines became pretty long but not for the roller coasters . It was a neat experience and yes, roller coasters were great as well! Will definitely be back again if I'm ever in Vegas in October again. Thanks to all the hardworking scary clowns and staff who put a lot of work into this event.
