  • Auto-Service review (the store is alright like every other). Very disorganized and un-professional service. I arrived early for my 2:30 appointment and my car wasn't on a lift until 3:30. In that time I was outside having a cigarette and "watched" a tech reverse another customers car into my stack of 20" chrome rims/tires. I thought he was gonna stop but he knocked them right over. I ran inside and yelled "hey! what the hell!" and they all ignored me and watched me stack my wheels again. I went back to the waiting room in disbelief, trying to pretend I didn't just witness that (rims are new (600$ each) from last summer). After they finished they lost my invoice and I stood around like a tree for 10 minutes. I noticed a new scratch on my fender and just got the car out of there as fast as I could. Upon inspection there are little scuffs all around the center of my wheels where the tech was careless with the socket and some of the chrome is even chipped right off like he whacked it with the gun. and not 1 but 2 6inch long scratches in my paint (not the end of the world they can be polished out for 100$) but the damage on the rims is permanent. My car isn't a Ferrari but its still a 60k 2012 vehicle in very good condition. in the end I paid 60$ for scratches and damage to my expensive chrome wheels. Only bring your car here if you don't mind new scratches.
