  • I am actually shocked to hear that a manager apologized and treated someone right. On my trip 2 weeks ago, I ordered my favorite appetizer and have a nice, friendly female bartender but her helper was a very nasty, rude guy that I didn't appreciate. I wanted something small to eat with my appetizer and was told the smallest thing I could order was a 10 piece of wings. I asked for a kids meal and the manager came at me aggressively, yelling and outrageously disrespectful. I was in shock. After he left, I told the bartender I was very uncomfortable with his behavior and told her to have him come back out. He refused but another manager did who was just as rude. I decided to leave and never come back again. I mean, they acted like I was a criminal trying to con them for asking for a kid's meal because I wanted a small amount of chicken to go with my appetizer. I am shocked that these guys are managers at any restaurant. They need to be nice because they need EVERY customer they can get. The place has been in financial turmoil for years. It's also very run down. I recommend going to the Hooters at the Palms instead. Let this place just close up.
