  • Looks like they changed owners from Vietnamese to Chinese. Pho tastes good. One of the best in downtown Toronto for authentic food. New Chinese guy was mopping the floor with cheap detergent so I almost threw up. Luckily I had a jacket to cover my nose in between bites
