  • Ok, so Verizon gave me the run around and made it hard to get my buy out offer from Sprint. It took 2 months going back and forth and all Verizon's fault. Finally when it was completed there was an issue with the location of the phones because of the length of time it took. I was already heated when I walked in the store. Thank God for Joel Anthony and Kyle who even when I wasn't keeping my cool, they kept theirs and jumped right into action making my satisfaction their number one priority. The whole time they were courteous and respectful. So I highly recommend this store to anyone ready to switch to Sprint of existing customers who need help
