I want to like this place. It's cheap. They could improve their business simply and quickly by doing the following:
1. Leave chopsticks and soy sauce dish at every place setting. Why do I need to wait to get chopsticks?
2. Ibid, ginger and wasabi. Put it on the conveyor belt.
3. Put more sushi out. We had a group of 6 and could have spent 30-40% more if there were better options available. We all waited a long time to see something we wanted. Also more nigiri. Some of us left hungry.
4. Keep the drinks coming, again if you order something it will take awhile. Just bring drinks when it looks like someone is out.
5. More nigiri. I ate one order of nigiri all night.
I'll come back in a few weeks and see if they've improved at all.
