  • worst travel agency ever! No wonder why they closed their account on yelp! i will never purchase my trip through them anymore! They have no customer services as while you are on the line for over 45 min to try to reach someone to cancel or make a change to your trip , when you finally have someone over the phone they hang up on you or put you on hold for over 30 min and then never get back to you because they don't want refund you! And then lets say you got lucky you got on the phone someone with a list a little bit of compassion, then you have to deal with someone who have no clue of whats going on and can't help you at all! then I got the manager after at list a total of 7 hours combined together and 8 difference person over the phone, the manager finally was about to do some work and help me... well will see because i am still waiting for my refund after i got an email of confirmation and spoke to dieffernets person who told me i will be refunded. so now I am still waiting will see how its gonna be I am sure worst but this is the last time i actually purchasing from them i should have checked the reviews first!
