My sister recently got engaged and as a no-nonsense type, is getting married in a couple of months. I called to inquire as to whether they carried a specific Jenny Yoo dress, as I was looking to place an order, already knowing my size and really, just looking to avoid the fees associated with ordering the dress online from the US. There is no bridal party, so really, I was just looking to order a dress to wear to the wedding. The lady on the phone was extremely rude and judgmental, saying that I should have "started this process 6 months ago" as each dress is made to order. I informed her that this was not a custom-made dress as she had stated, and that there were several other online retailers with this dress currently in stock and available for purchase. She said that now that I had "left it this late", that I would be best suited by finding something "off the rack" instead of at their boutique. This is not how you should treat prospective customers.
