| - 2 stars purely for the price. Almost all employees are genuinely nice and classes are kick ass. Clientele is mostly rich families and the people who work in the nightclubs. Sales reps are very adamant about getting you signed because they make commission. When I came in for the day trial, mine found me and stopped me while I was on the treadmill to try to get me to sign before I left. Lol
Pros:
-amazing classes, even more amazing instructors (best things about this place)
-never too crowded
-outdoor pool, rock climbing, bball courts, indoor field, squash
-kids day care
-free equipment, towels, lockers, and toiletries
-sauna, spa and salon(if you can afford it)
Cons:
-$149 monthly for one person is beyond ridiculous
-no late night classes or track
-no empty free rooms or women only area
-if youre late to classes there is probably no room for you left
-little kids running around and snobby guests
-cant use LT bucks at cafe
-bag nazis
-handicapped parking spaces taken by people who are definitely NOT handicapped in their BMWs -_-
I've have come across some pretty stuck up managers and guests. Guest pass rules are super dumb. I don't want to pay 150 for attitude on bringing friends and family. One manager gave me sh!t for taking my little underage sister because I'm not her parent. Although I've seen other guests bring their kid's friends no problem..
Also cell phone rule in locker room is strict. I had my phone just sitting out just as attendant passes by and she rudely says no cell phones allowed. Thanks for making me feel like a creep. Wrong gender to preach to.. and tell that to the teenagers who Ive seen taking mirror selfies. When I signed up I was supposed to meet a trainer for free but she texted me to cancel and never bothered to reschedule. Overall, if you can afford it go join BUT one month here is literally 3 years at another gym with classes and equipment just as good. I spent a good $600+ for just 4 months here
