  • I had my dog cremated at this animal hospital. When I brought her in I emphasized that she was a female, and her name was Charli. When I went to pick up the box with the remains, the careless and insensitive people at Cochise had a name tag and a sticker on the bottom of the box that read "Charlie." I told the receptionist that i wanted this corrected. She displayed an indifferent attitude and said she would have to speak with the doctor and call me; I have yet to receive a call from anyone at Cochise about correcting the error.
