BEWARE - concession fee!!! I have to say I have eaten here over 30 times with clients and such. The service is incredibly slow but view is great. Last night we had a group of 8 people and the bill totaled $540. Our server pointed out that there was a CnF - a concession fee of 4.7% but no gratuity included. After asking multiple times what the confession was, no one could give us a solid answer except that it was an ADDITIONAL establishment cost ON TOP of the tax already included in the menu prices as well as the tax required by law. Basically a pocket lining fee going to Sugar Factory. Not one person told us this when sitting down and the manager pointed it out on the menu in the SAME 7 point font in the left corner directly following the disclaimer about eating undercooked foods and raw meats. It was completely hidden. Anyways, after about 30 minutes, the so-called concession fee was waived. We talked to the GM of Paris hotel and he said that it is one of the ONLY restaurants that charges the CnF. BEWARE
