  • The only plus about the hotel was the size of the rooms. We had a suite and the room smelt like pee so bad. We came back to our room and pulled out the sofa and there was a big pee stain. I told the front and all I was told was I am sorry I would tell the housekeeper when we check out. Like what!!!! Who says that!!! I paid to stay here and nothing was done or will be done till we leave. The pool was very dirty not only stuff floating but a bunch of trash on the bottom. Also it's like pulling teeth to get our free cookies! Will not be back to this hotel again. Overall experience was the worst ever. Staff really doesn't seem to care about the customer.
