  • This is going to be actually 2 and half reviews in one. The very first time I came in was great and you can read that review 10/2015. I had my timing belt and water pumped changed. They did an excellent job. I actually went in there and told them what I wanted done. They saw the mileage of the car and understood. They didn't recommend additional things they just did what I requested. I really loved that they respected my request. As I stated in the earlier review, I know a little bit about cars because I do my own work if I have the time. Fast forward to recently. I brought in my Corolla to have the brakes checked. This was probably one of the best transactions I had with them. Any ways it took about 20min waiting in the waiting room and the advisor comes out. She tells me they checked the brakes and I don't need them replaced. She told me like there were 60% in the back and 40% in the front. I was then happy about that and she tells me I'm all set and ready to go. I asked how much and she tells me no you're good. I was a little surpised because most everyone else will charge you for something like that. She told me it's not needed. I was happy, but felt bad because I'm so used to paying for something. She smiled and said it's really okay. That is what you call honest right there. A couple months later I brought my car back that had the timing belt changed. It was stalling and I couldn't figure out why. Actually I was too lazy to really do the research. So I told myself I'll just have the professionals do it. Any ways as usual they took a look at it and fixed it. The part was pricey and they explained why. It came directly from the dealer. It's been 3 months now and so far the car hasn't stalled. They fixed the problem. I went to pick up my keys and I made small talk with the advisor and she was super nice. I asked her what cars were the best and reliable. She explained and we both agreed. It's interesting because my buddy that owns a shop in CA told me the same car. Then the nicest part was when I was leaving I happened to catch the mechanic who worked on my car. I asked some questions about the car. He was really nice and told me I should keep the car and that it runs great. Well so far 3 times I've been there and no added work and every single time my cars had each problem solved. To me that's honest. I wouldn't go anywhere else. You should call though before you come because they don't work on all brands. It is a little ways out because it's in Chinatown, but there are plenty of shops and restaurants down the streets to explore while you get your car fixed. Oh and not worked on but literally FIXED. I'm sure many of you can understand when I say worked on.
