  • I highly recommend Tracy's! Exceptional and personable service, high quality workmanship, and honest, trustworthy leadership. For someone who is not proficient in cars, I was sick to my stomach when I accidentally damaged the outside mirror of my VW Passat. That feeling was worsened when I was quoted $900+ by the VW dealership (that I've been taking my car to since buying it there). I learned the dealership was adding on expenses, like a new glass mirror (when mine wasn't broken, just the outer framing) which they said they do "in case your glass breaks during repair." Even after uncomfortable negotiating, the lowest they'd go was $650. This experience prompted me to search for other options, and I found Tracy's on Yelp. I read the reviews and was impressed, so I called in and got the owner, Chip. Even over the phone, Chip assessed my needs and quoted me $527, explaining every cent he'd charge along the way. Within 3 days, I had a new mirror, perfectly installed. I left Tracy's somehow feeling GOOD about this terrible, unexpected, self inflicted expense. Thank you, Chip and Kevin at Tracy's! Chip
