Moving is already stressful and its even worst when you booked a truck on your moving day and they booked the truck on the day you made the reservation and not your moving day. So we get to Budget, gave the employee our confirmation code, couldn't find us in the system, we told him the day we called... Tada!!! It's there. Okay, no problem, they had a truck available. So we hand him are banking card; "Sorry Sir, we cannot take this card because it's prepaid". It's an American Express that we use everywhere!!! My issue is we left our card information when we made the reservation and no one mention this before. Plus, my boyfriend went up to Budget after he called to make sure everything went smoothly and they said everything was taken care of. So now we are stuck without a truck and searching for one the last minutes, due to Budget misinformation and lack of customer service. U-Haul here we come.
