0 stars if I could do that. Fiat service at Airpark Scottsdale service is HORRIBLE. They do not even know what the warranty covers. They are scammers, liars, skeemers.
The fiat warranty is 4 years/50K miles which ever comes first. AND IT COVERS EVERYTHING EXCEPT TIRES. IF IT IS PUT ON THE CAR WHEN BUILT..IT IS COVERED. TIRES ONLY EXCLUSION. They want to call items "accessories"...they want to charge you for items
that are under warranty. I have to still go back and get the rest of my money back that they charged me for fixing something under warranty. I have encountered FIVE service advisers in less than 2 years. The "trainer" teaching the new person is a TOTAL
JERK, USELESS AND SEXIST PERSON. A scammer. This dealership is now owned by BERKSHIRE HATHAWAY...Warren Buffett. I hope he has knowlegable people who
can clean this place out...it is a mess...communication does not exist at all, people do not answer the phone or return calls. The place is in chaos . There are many phone numbers to call, you get transfered to service, someone you never heard of MAY
answer or you get sent to a voice mail of someone you never heard of and your message is never responded to.
This visit I see that they have a new service manager along with the trainee Fiat service adviser. Turnover must be HUGE NUMBERS. ugh...I must find a fiat
dealer who is honest and not working in chaos.

clean house of your jerkwad workers
get a better phone system and answer your calls .
use e mail as you have customer e mails
use the preferred phone number we give you.
develop some standards of practice to guide your behavior
put the customer first instead of your pocket book
FOLLOW THE WARRANTY AS WRITTEN AND NOT HOW YOU WANT IT TO BE.
