  • When looking for a realtor in the Gilbert/Chandler Area - I found Tom Speaks on yelp; after reading his positive reviews I decided to work with him during an out of state relocation. Tom set us up with a portal that allowed us to refine our search based on our exact requirements (easy to use). After showing us several properties I had flagged as possibilities (all of which fell short "in person") Tom took us to an area just outside of our initial target location and found us a great house. Tom was great to work with - fantastic personality (which helps during a long day in the car), always responsive by phone/email, and understands what is most important to his client. I would recommend Tom to anyone looking to purchase a new home!
