  • Would give this place less than one star, if possible. I stopped in about two years ago and was completely ignored. I walked right back out and hadn't been back until today. We are redecorating a home we recently purchased, and I thought I'd give this business another try. Different day, different year but SAME EXACT EXPERIENCE as the first time. The saleslady (who by the description of other reviewers is the same one we were exposed to) was outside smoking as we approached the store. After having to walk through her cloud of smoke, we entered the store, and she followed us in. No greeting. No asking if she could help. She didn't even look at us. Even if the pieces were spectacular, I would never purchase anything from them or enlist them for their design services. When there are so many other choices of designers and merchandise, why would anyone EVER deal with this truly miserable place?
