  • If I could give them Zero stars I would. Called them to get a quote and was directed to a voicemail as the scheduler was on another call (no big deal). A few days passed and never received a return call. When I called them back they then scheduled me for someone to come out and give me a quote the next afternoon. The guy was late and when he was finished said he would email me the quote the following day. It's been a week and a half and have not heard a thing. I only need a small repair. Maybe small jobs are not worth their time? Something to keep in mind when calling this company.
