  • OMG! the worst experience EVER! I pick my bedroom furniture, set-up delivery and the day of delivery I received phone call from the store stating they couldn't delivery my furniture because the salesperson didn't tag my furniture and no one knows what I purchased. After going back and forward with the manager she finally email me a picture of what she thought I purchased. Okay, got thru the nightmare my furniture finally makes to my house and the guys totally ignored how I wanted the bedroom set-up and refused to changed it. I finally done had it and kicked them out of house. Called back talked to the manager she said the only thing she could do was to give me back my delivery fee. I'm waiting for the fee it has been over 9 I days I don't think I'm getting that back. I will NEVER comeback no help is better than this help!!!
