I have a soft spot for HK egg waffles, and this place is right down the street from my work. For a while I thought they had shut down because their blinds were so opaque!
I ordered the original bubble waffle, came out to under $4 after tax. The waffle was super crispy with each bite, and had a mochi-like consistency. Definitely different from the ones I'm used to eating at pacific mall, but still great! I liked their attention to detail - the paper bag had holes punched on the side to allow air circulation so the waffle doesn't deflate.
Will be back to try more bubble waffle flavours.
