| - We have lived here over a year. We are most likely leaving, just sick of apartment living. If we don't, we will stay here.
We love the trees throughout the complex. It is an old complex but still nice esp. for the cost. The layout is nice. Lots of windows (we are on the side end of a unit) . We rarely hear our neighbors, I do know others have problems with this. Parking is limited so pony up the extra $15 and reserve a spot.
Dog friendly. Expect to hear barking, not out of hand though. Kids playing, only thing I would like to see change is them not playing in the parking lot. Someone is going to get hit, even going very slow.
The photo of the kitchen in the gallery, would love to have new appliances, I think ours are the original appliances when the complex was built.
Now SMOKING. Dear God. I didn't think that so many people still smoked. If we leave our windows open our apartment reeks of smoke. Even with the windows closed, if you have smoking neighbors (to the side or below, kitty corner) your apartment will smell like smoke. It comes through the drains or so I am told.
The office and maintenance staff have been very nice and helpful. They have helped with misplaced packages, lost key, AC repair, toilet repairs. I'm telling you for the price it's a very nice place, but would be better with an non-smoking section.
