  • I remember when i was little kid and went to the Capitol building for a field trip. I was in aww othe the majesty of the building. Now when I'm older I'm still humbled by it. This a great place for a weekend day, especially in the summer. There are so many events around the Capitol from the farmers market to the art fair. It is definitely the center of the city. Take a tour of this glorious building from top to bottom plus after if you're hungry the Capitol square provides many dinning options no more than a couple steps away.
