rev:text	I'm giving them a 2, but they were a 4 based on my previous 6 visits. I dropped off some shirts, slacks and a jacket around 10am on Friday and was told I just made it in time to still receive my clothes the next day, Saturday. I thanked the lady and expressed the importance of my laundry being done by Saturday, as I wouldn't have time on Monday AM prior to going to airport. The lady behind the register was having an extremely difficult time working the computer. There was a gentlemen instructing her to be sure to mark my laundry as same day, so that it would be done for me by Saturday. He expressed this fact to her multiple times, but based in the blank look in her eyes, I should have known better. Today, when I showed up to pick up my clothes, of course only half of the order was completed and I was instructed that my shirts, the important part, would not be done until 9am on Monday. I told the nice lady working that it wasn't her fault, but I was promised that my stuff would be done today. When I told her that I wasn't too confident in the woman who was working the register in Friday, she nodded in agreement as if she knew exactly whom I was referring to. Unfortunately, now I need to find a new dry cleaner in the area, as this one lost my business.
