  • The worst rudest customer service I have received in Vegas. Talked to me like I'm an idiot and acts like Because the "senior technician " didn't arrive the same day as promised I shouldn't be frustrated that I took off an whole day of work... then when the problem reoccurred I was scolded ... " I can't keep coming out to put the dot back on". If I could leave no stars I would. I'm going to recommend my warranty company never ever uses this incompetent company again
