Maybe the worst service you could possibly get!!!!
They hire young kids that don't get it. I ordered 3 subs and was the only one sitting there waiting for 30 min. They chit chatted in the back for a bit, then finally noticed me sitting there and said they must of lost my order.
Best line of the day, "oh it didn't go through, I will have to put it in again, but don't worry you don't need to pay again." Oh thank you, that is so kind of you not to charge me again for the order you lost.
On top of that, they then ran out of white bread. You are a sandwich shop!!! Who runs out of white bread?? That's like Starbucks running out of coffee and only having decaf. So my order wasn't even right.
I don't expect a refund, but at the least offer a cookie or something, not you don't have to pay again.
