  • Amazing massage. One star down for time handling (not quite an hour) and major reception issues (the receptionist didn't note that I asked for a Swedish, dragged at logging clients in, and wasn't the least bit inviting or helpful when people walked in. Didn't even tell us how long the wait would be and it was more than 15mins before we were seen. In the best spas and wellness centres, the front desk area is the beginning of aentire zen experience. I hope Satori revisits their front desk area and interactions. Even for a medical spa, reception was stiff (wait room is dubbed "serenity" after all lol). I RECOMMEND: RMT Amanda if you carry stress in shoulders and neck. Magic touch. EXTRA TIP: A cancelation fee will be applied if less than 24 hours notice is given.
