I took my grandma and my sister here on one glorious day after visiting the Columbus location, and I can say that we were not disappointed.
Every customer receives a bowl and fills it as high as he or she can, then watches as the cooks cook the contents of their bowl on a stone grill. The cook even performs a juggling show with his cooking knives (or whatever they are).
I found the variety of meats and veggies to be jaw-dropping. But that wasn't even the most impressive part. There were far too many sauces and rubs to try at once. The restaurant even provides a list of sauce combinations that could be used to "enhance" the flavor of the meats and veggies as they are being cooked.
I do not like Chinese food - the Mongolian BBQ is a bit of a misnomer, as this is neither BBQ nor of Mongolian origin - but this was my favorite meal this past month.
