  • My wife and I are redoing the kitchen and have been looking for a pot filler faucet to put behind the stove so I decided to check this place out at the Phoenix location on 16th St just south of Camelback rd. I walked in and the lady at the counter grinned at me and picked up the phone acting as if she were doing anything to not speak with me then the guy looked me up and down asked what I wanted and said your going to have to wait and he picked up the phone and made a call so I walked over to see what they had in stock knowing I might have to place an order and the man shouted don't touch! After waiting a few minutes I decided I rather go ANYWHERE then to give these people my money. Rudest people I've ever come in contact with. Don't waste your time.
