  • I came in for my first vet visit with my 9 week puppy and it was more than what i expected! I came in without an appointment and the very nice lady sitting at the front desk helped with setting an appointment for the same day since the doctor was in surgery. Everyone was warm and welcoming and made our puppy feel incredibly safe. The facility was very clean and they had free puppy and human treats!! When the time came, Annalisa walked us to the room where our puppy was going to be examined and did a basic question and answer session and got down some basic information about our puppy for our doctor. Annalisa was very nice and knowledgable! I think shes our puppies favourite! When Dr Nate came in he explained every thing in detail what was going to happen and answered all our puppy questions. The nurses and doctors here are incredibly helpful and knowledgable i cannot stress this enough. I've gone to other vets which say little to nothing to the parents of pets and go on to forcing unnecessary vaccines. The cost was very reasonable for the service they provide and also for the cleanliness of the facility. They don't force random vaccines just for their profit, they let you know what you need and what can wait, NO PRESSURE! the examination fee was $85 and with one vaccine it came up to $130!! NOT BAD FOR THE SERVICE AND QUALITY OF THE DOCTORS! I love this place! I will be coming back here for the rest of our lives! Thank you so much for making this first vet visit with our puppy so pleasurable, we cant wait to come back!!!
