  • Okay - so I'm giving it 5 stars because I've never been disappointed with the final product of my hair. I always get highlights (either partial or half head) and a haircut. They usually add a toner as well. Every time I go I'm a little nervous but the final result is amazing. However, here are my complaints: -they're students. I get that. But sometimes they treat clients like another boring day in class. They complain about their day and about the program. (I'm looking at you Madison) -you need to go in with a picture ready to show. Don't be wishy washy in what you want. Be exact otherwise it confuses them. -I get annoyed that I have to tell the student what I want and then the student tells the master what I want. They often times bring up things I never mentioned and I feel like my wants get lost in translation. I wish I could tell the student and the master at the same time - my final complaint: the students are more worried about impressing their teacher than they are with impressing the client. I've seen this time and time again.
