The pictures of this place really don't reflect the real life experience I had there. The interior design is all over the place: nice throne-like chairs at the tables mixed with gaudy street signs and what looked like a fold-up table at the entrance piled up with plastic take-away containers filled with things you'd find at a bake sale. It was very hot and stuffy inside and there were no other patrons inside.
The desserts are incredibly over-priced. I didn't even look at the coffee menu. After the sales person tried to sell me a small, stale-looking slice of cheesecake for $7.50 (!!!), justifying the price because it was from some bakery in NYC, I was ready to go. (Why would you spend $7.50 for something that doesn't even look fresh when you could get a slice of cheesecake made with locally-sourced ingredients for half the price?) Anyway, won't be coming back to this place.
